Excellent hospitality - Mauro, the hotel owner, has given us a very warm welcome, and he is very helpful and friendly. He makes his best to ensure a perfect vacation. He took care for booking the excursions, and giving us information about places of interest which are worth visiting. The breakfast was delicous. The room was very beaut

  Very cozy, family-run hotel. Staff does really everything to make one feel at home. The rooms are very Italian style which I prefer a zillion times over the so-called "boutique"-style that seems to be more and more the same all over the world. Location excellent on shopping street Via Roma. As in all Italian cities, one will hear some traffic nois... what people say » e. But hey, if you have a problem with that, Italian cities are not where you belong. Finally, Palermo for me more and more becomes a wonderful and in - Hotel Concordia had everything we needed. Central location and only a few minutes walk from Central railway station. Good sized room with power shower, TV, adequate furniture, security, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast of croissants, pastries, fruit, cereals, biscotti, fruit juices, water, cappucino, coffee and teas. The view from the balcony was typically Italia and I loved it.

  The location of this place was close to all the activities which are mainly in the evening when everyone gets off the beach. The staff were very helpful and speak very good english if that is an issue. There is car parking- but book first but also public places near by. It was great launching place to visit Zingaro national park which is excellent... what people say » and probably the best coastal walk we have experienced and with beautiful little beaches to have a swim. The place is always manned so you always fe - 1) friendliness and helpfulness of the owners (cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari); 2) location, close to the sea and the center (posizione, vicina sia al mare che al centro); 3) fresh and delicious breakfast with pastries and salty things (colazione ottima, fresca di pasticceria, con anche salato)

  Familia!!! Before we even arrived at the Hotel Trieste I was in contact with the wonderful couple that owned the hotel. My family's time was limited, unfortunately to only 1 night in Catania. We wanted to go to Mount Etna; see some of the city, and enjoy the food. Hotel Trieste helped organize all of my plans. We got back to the hotel i - The hotel is very clean. The rooms are big. Our room hadd a belcony. We were very surprissed t get tthat quality for the money. The locatio is great, close to everything you wantt to see and busses you need to take. most importantly, it is ran by a young family. I bbegan communication with them even before our arrival. They were great to help us with excursions, directions, etc. We felt veery welcomed and at home. If ever in Catania again, that would be no doubt for us a place to stay.

Although not very easy to find, but the location is the main benefit when staying in this hotel: it's close to the historic sites and attractions. Fabio and his colleague (I forgot his name, sorry) were very frien - Friendly and helpful guys in the reception. The family running it is so nice! the perfect place to visit Palermo, forget Taormina!
