  Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately. The room was excellent, very spacious and very good value for money. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of cold and hot food.   Our room was large and beautiful. We upgraded to a Superior room and this is one time we could really tell a difference. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive.The location was about 5 minutes to Termini and the Metro. You can easily use public transportation like bus,metro,train etc. It is a very clean hotel and double deluxe room is very big and spacious. The bathroom is very clean and everything you need is in it.Also the electric kettle/complimentary tray of tea and coffee is a good comfort.Best hotel for tourists.

  staff very nice try to help if needed - The major point to stress for this hotel is that it is very quiet-unusual for a big city. We were not even woken up early by traffic. The view over a garden was magnificent.   It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge.
