  Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately.   It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge. The breakfast buffet was superb. The internet charge was minimal - which was I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Rome.
