The ambience of the hotel, set at the side of Lake Lugano. Our room on the first floor had a large terrace overlooking the lake. The female Romanian receptionist was brilliant and efficient. All the staff were friendly without familiarity and most helpful. The restaurant was terrific and the waiters really good, although they could not speak too m

The lakevie room was very large and led out to the balcony. The balcony is shared, but I felt secure and comfortable. The view was great. It is driving distance to a couple of small towns. There was a flea market in a nearby town. The staff very accommodating. I have severe allergies and they paid careful attention to cleaning the room prior to my arrival. Excellent place, I will stay again!

Very friendly staff.Room with a balcony.Seaview. - The friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff. Also, their excellent cooking. The dinning area is their strong point....lovely atmosphere and obviously a favor with the locals. Also, the situation of the hotel on the Lake is fantastic.
