  There was something special about the staff , they were friendly,approachable,very knoweledgable on every topic posed to them. They wereespecially helpfull when we had a travel problem to get back to the uk,(I.E. contacting Itallien eurostar,SNCF and Eurostar France) makingphone calls at there own expense to help us with our needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace and pool with panoramic view was appreciated after a busy day sight seeing. The restaurant food (and staff) was second to none.

I liked the idea of the boiler for the coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast very good and the attention of the staff at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good and so was the dinner. The best part was the air conditioning and the swimming pool because the weather was over 30C during our stay.
