  There was something special about the staff , they were friendly,approachable,very knoweledgable on every topic posed to them. They wereespecially helpfull when we had a travel problem to get back to the uk,(I.E. contacting Itallien eurostar,SNCF and Eurostar France) makingphone calls at there own expense to help us with our needs. They spentnearly... what people say » one and half hours on their phone to help - Just a five minute walk from the main centre. This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace and pool with panoramic view was appreciated after a busy day sight seeing. The restaurant food (and staff) was second to none.

  I liked the comfort of the room and the modern design of furniture and services. Bed really comfortable. Room very clean and lights very appropriate. I liked the idea of the boiler for the coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast very good and the attention of the staff at the front desk. Prices very competitive - This hotel is very clean and has all of t... what people say » he comforts one can expect. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and so was the dinner. The best part was the air conditioning and the swimming pool because the weather was over 30C during our stay.

  Had a great room with a patio on the five floor. Great view. Very helpful friendly staff. The location is very close to the escalators going up to the main part of Perugia. Hotel has a pool which was a good way to cool off. - it is the best location... very near of the old center...
