  A lovely house in countryside. Very friendly atmosphere. We were late on arrival but the staff left us a note on a front door to ring the bell. So we woke the owner in the middle of the night and he was showing no signs of discontent. It's a nice stay also if you are making a trip by car to Rome and you don't want to stay in Rome's center. I've be... what people say » en to all kinds of hotels, very expensive ones and also hostles, so I've seen much of it. And I can't think of a single complaint. - The breakfast was great. Lovely to sit outside in the sun, by the pool, and enjoy our cappucinos and delicious breakfast buffet. We were also offered an espresso on our way out. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

  We were travelling back from the south of Italy and decided to stay here one night on our way home. It's comfortable (bed very comfortable), rooms are a good size. Parking is free and fairly secure. Staff are friendly and welcoming and speak a little English. We had dinner and the food was ok.
