  The place is nice, well restored and with a great view of Orvieto and the hillside. The staff is very friendly: we were going to check in late (10:30 PM), but they kept the kitchen open for us so we could have dinner, a very good one. We definitely recommend it. - Excellent location just out of town but close enough to access the town's resources... what people say » . Family was very hospitable and breakfast had good continental coverage. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a country experience with city close by.

  Our stay at La Rocca was great. It was a perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful Tuscan scenery. Our guest house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the patio.   What did I like? Everything! From start to end. I can't say enough to describe how comfortable and satisfied I was during my stay. I wish I reserved two nights instead of one! First of all, all the staff was super nice and helpful, and Daniele went out of his way to pick me up at the station and gave me a little tour around Orvieto and around b &a... what people say » mp; b to ensure that I know how to get around. He even offered to drop me off at the restaurant where I was planning to go for dinner (I ended up not - The staff was amazing! The picked us up from the train station as soon as we arrived. Gave us a warm greeting, good information, and showed us to our spotless and new room. The bathroom was nice and modern. Ac worked well. Good views and a great breakfast. Daniel, part of the staff, gave us rides up to the town center twice since he thought we would be tired from traveling all day which was so nice and unexpected. The walk back was very easy.
