For people visiting Venezia, hotel Aaron is a better choose to save more money and not loss the quality or any interestests. You can leave your luggage in hotel, staying in venezia for one day and come back. We thnk this service is perfect. We arriaved late at 20:30, stuff will be there before 23:00. The stuff is so kind and help us a lot. The way to get the hotel from train station is clearly showed, but you have to know in advance there is no any lift in Mester train station.
all reviews » Everything is impeccably clean and new. It's only 5min walk to Mestre railway station. They give you 2-3 huge towels, so no need to carry you own. The shower cabin can be small only if you are obese - otherwise it is perfectly big and there's always hot water. You can even change them every day. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the sheets were clean and soft. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it. The staff were nice, police, fluent in English. Very nice designer rooms, great bathroom with hairdryer, fridge and fast wifi in rooms. Stuff was also very nice and helpfull. Situated close to bus and train station, 15 min from Venice old town. The staff are always avaliable for questions, they tell you everything that you need to know as a tourist, from the bus that you have to take to get to Venice, till the best restaurante or the best pizza. The breakfast is simple but enough It's located 3 blocks from the train station and 2 bllcks from the bus stop. Is really easy to move. The hotel is modern and uncluttered and very clean. The rooms are well furnished and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with modern fittings.Breakfast was very good value and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you're going to stay less than 3 days I wouldn't recomend this hotel because you lose a lot of time traveling to Venice. If you arrive by airplane you have to take a bus that cost 6 euros to get to Mestre, were the hotel is located, that takes about 45 minutes and then every time that you want to go to Venice you have to take a bus that cost 1.30 euros each trip and takes about 15 minutes to get there. Breakfast area very small and needs expanding in size. The bed was very uncomfortable, in the next morning my back and neck hurted. The hotel was very expensive - in general everything with this hotel was ok, but for the big price we paid, I expected something wow, but there was no wow. Price of breakfast was a bit too much... so we opted to not pay for it, and instead we found a lovely cafeteria just a minute away from hotel which had these yummy croissants. quite poor breakfast, very narrow shower cabin, uncomfortable bed. Bed was too hard. small beakfrast facilities. It is not on venice island - but it is just a 10 min bus ride away. The area around the hotel has looks a little shady. Tnere was nothing that I really disliked about it. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable - it was far too 'soft' for my liking and although there was a wide selection of items for breakfast I would have preferred some more fresh products. Tiny bedroom...but enough just for sleeping! No soundproof at all. Our room was a bit narrow but this was no big problem.The main con is that overall location is really dissapointing, even a bit frightening at night, but one could not blame the hotel for that!. We were a party of three and for some reason were given the handicap accessible room. The bed was very uncomfortable being very close to the floor and very hard. The shower was one you can roll into in a wheelchair so it did not have a door or curtain and the bathroom got all wet when we showered. Parking was limited and we ended up paying for street parking. We got the room in 45 minutes late because it wasnt ready. Small rooms.It was not value for money. Mestre is not a nice place to be douring evning hours. The shower was not draining well, the bed was too hard. Noisy Poor breakfast Small room Too expensive for the service 10€/day unguarded parking. The very small size of the shower cubicle!. Soap and toilet paper were lean in supply. Room very small!. There were no blanket covers which is very surprising. In trains this is not surprising, but in hotel - it is.
