The hotel is very small, but cozy. It is located in the garden. It is easy to reach train station, and thus Venice (it takes about 20 minutes alltogether). The room is very comfortable. Another good thing is that the hosts provide repellent against the mosquitos. Breakfast is pretty good, though there is no wide selection. The staff is friendly. Our luggage was delayed so we were late for our check-in appt (we did notify though). The front desk staff waited for us and was very helpful answering questions we had about buses, restaurants, etc. Also, the marble floors in the room was gorgeous.
all reviews » Perfect location, 5minutes walk from Mestre Railway station, quick link to Venice (10-15min depending if via bus or train). Beautiful room with wooden ceiling, spacious with a clean and nice toilet. Definitely will come back in our stays in Venice. Teresa was very kind. She helped me to find a privit taxi at night time. And I did not miss my flight. Thank you, Teresa. There is a small yard that belongs to villa: nice for a late evening "picnic" after a long day of sightseeing. Room was very clean, wifi, free parking, nice patio to sit in the evening. Really good worth for money. The staff were friendly but the owner was not helpful at all. I already knew an appointment was needed so i kept in touch with the hostess so that she would know my arrival time. The room is clean, and the location is within 5 minutes walking from the tran station mestre. Easy access to Venice by train or bus. The hotel is budget for visiting Venice. close to everything, walking distance to station, cafes. Parking for free. 5 minutes walk from Mestre train station, 2 stations away from Venice. Service. Internet wi-fi. Close to train station. clean & area. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were pretty flat. Poor supply of toiletries. Breakfast was not very rich. You have to have a phone to ring to get someone to check you in otherwise you are stuffed!!!. no soap on first night. there is no 24-hour reception, well it's reasonable for a family hostel. The room is quite cold at late May. room a bit old, bed not comfortable. Verry poor equipment ( really old furnitures ) Incredibly poor breakfast - worst ever seen. If anything else than bead, butter, tea or cofee needed, therre was a supp tax and a 24 hours notice prior to the personnel. Quite expensive for the standard, I appreciate it at double price than worth. Noisy bed. Very noisy. honorer is antipathy after you had pay,the room is like a match box,a ventilate is make a lot of noise at middle of night,bed is one of opening type(not double original). It is a disgrace to keep this property on your list. This property should be $25 a night. I would like to request my money back. This is how bad it was!.
