Good Management, promptness, professional competence, good value in comparison with other nearby facilities out or inside the Venetian lagoon. I would certainly return. The relaxed, laid-back informality.The location to Venice and station. Comfortable, clean and fresh room.Nice clean rooms. Great guy at the front desk-- very helpful and friendly. My room was too hot and I was unable to turn the heat down, however. The location of the hotel, while not terribly difficult to work from, could be better.
