hotel staffs are very kind, always try to help you, and everybody knows english. breakfast is excellent. comfort and cleanliness of room are excellent. hotel location is very near to train station. center of verona takes about 20 minutes by walking.I advise this hotel to eveyone. ıf I go to verona again I definetely choose this hotel again. thanks
... what people say » everybody working in this hotel. - My Shepard dog was welcomed, and there was an enclosed parking area to run the dog in the mornings. The staff accomodated an additional person easily. The room was much more spacious than others we've stayed at in Italy. 2km walk into town, no problems at all.

Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Great place if You are traveling by car. It's located just by the highway's exit. Parking around is free. It's connected to the Verona town center by a 5km two-lane straight road. 25 km to the Garda lake (south-east end). -

We were given a twin room, but when we asked for a double, they had no problem changing it. The double we were given was like a suite - very nice indeed. Staff were very friendly and helped us work out train times and book taxis. - Good value. Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and very helpful.
