Hotel Europa has a great location right off Piazza Bra in Verona. It also serves a wonderful breakfast each morning. It was in a pedestrian zone which we didn't realize so the room was very quiet and very central.The location was perfect, the hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. Excellent location in the centre. Very clean hotel, spacious room and very nice bathroom. Good price comparing with the location and service. Typical italian breakfast. The rooms were simple but very clean.
One member of staff at the reception was a bit stuffy in his attitude. This is a typical 3-star, business-style hotel, very efficiently run and comfortable. It's in a great location.Centrally situated, good breakfast, excellent bathroom, enough space. Good location for entry to and exit from the city. Good parking.hotel is 500m from the Arena in a pedestrean area. You can find near restaurant and pub. The area with more enjoiment is only 10 minutes by foot. What is called "american" coffee, I guess.Room very small, bed very small and uncomfortable. Uncomfortable pillows!. shower drain not working perfectly and smelly, no clear indications on how to get there by car since in a Limited Traffic zone with many one-way streets. hotel's service not so perfect,especially the staff. We asked for a non smoking room and were given a room that had been used as a smoking room. We had to really complain before we were given another (smaller) room.
