The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! From the friendly staff, the amazing ala carte breakfast (it's like buffet actually, where you can eat as much as you want, except that the food is served by the waitresses, amazing pizza omelette and chocolate muffins), the b.

But it`s not really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to take a taxi (7,5 eur). - The room was big, clean, quiet and very stylish as well. - The staff was friendly. Thanks to manager Nadia, she is very nice. - After check-in i found a big plate of fruits on the table, I had a very tiring train trip before, so it was really nice to find something fresh to eat before a dinner and to have a rest in a clean fr. This hotel was an incredible surprise. It's hidden and hard to find, but once you are there everything was great. Huge room with views of the town's plaza and the Arena, everything in the minibar was included in the price, the bathroom was very well equipped including a jacuzzi, everything really clean. The breakfast was included and really good, and you get a coupon for a discount in two restaurantes. Nadia, the manager, was extremely helpful and considerate with everything you can need. I was very worried when I arrived and they walked me through the back room of the restaurant, but once you get into the hotel, it was just perfect!. Its not comfortable if you travel with a car. cause you have to leave your car in a parking 500-700m away and walk till the hotel with your luggage. For one-day parking we payed 16 EUR. We only stayed on night. Balcony too small to sit out on. Would have liked more choice of Nespresso pods. Nothing. I would encourage them to note on their website the process to follow to drop of luggage and park the car. Nothing. nothing. Finding hotel took ingenuity, parking a bit remote and expensive, Verona cuisine a bit dominated by horse and polenta. The reception which is handled by the restaurant staff is a little ragged as there is no real reception area. The food choices for breakfast are limited. Nothing. This is a stunning hotel. Nothing, it was perfect. Book this hotel. Nothing. only no balcony on the room. Nothing. no hotel foyer. it is a bar/restaurant. My stay was too short. Interior finishes are a bit too rustic. nothing. The address number is nowhere on the front if the building which made it difficult to find. there is no reception, the entrence to the hotel is via resturant, so you should call the manager/ go down to the resturant if you need anything. The air-condition was out of service. The few extras like fruits in the room do not justify the compared with other hotels of the same category high price. Nothing. Would have liked a better reception area. Parking. a little expensive. Noise from other room above was annoying after a while. Rooms have wooden floor boards so every step is heard, especially if you have children staying in room above you. Location that has noisy playground AND tourists much of the time. No reception area, or help with reservations or other jobs of a hotel. Though it offers space for a family, the quarters themselves are not insulated and other guests upstairs are so noisy that one cannot sleep from 6 am to ll pm. Without reception you can't complain. Buyer beware. Horrible tourist trap take away downstairs. No breakfast despite paid. Any request (like print boarding pass) was big problem. Extremely amateur approach for price requested.
