Nice location (very enclosed from Porto Nuovo Railway Station, aprox. 15 min. by foot, and also same distance from Verona historical center. Rooms are well equiped.Breakfast,situation near railway station,air-conditioning. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, bicycle hire, near rail station, nice big sign showing way to hotel.

Close to the train station. I really enjoyed the space in the bathroom and the hair dryer is a great conveniance when you are travelling out of the country. The breakfast buffet was phenomanal and the waitress made a huge pot of coffee for me to wake my husband up with. She was really great.The Reception Staff were very helpful. The internet access was easy. The room was spacious and very clean. The railway station was only 500 mtrs from the hotel, very convenient.I liked everything. I got exactly what I expected, I was not surprised by anything.Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel is very close to the train station (7 minutes walk with large suitcases). 10-15 minutes walk from the Arena.Clean and tidy. It is located close to the train station, around 10 min walk but a bit farther from the main attractions (around 20 min walk to the arena). Breakfast is good, have various choices of food including some fruits.The location of the hotel was perfect. The room toilet was excellent.close to bus/train station, good air conditioning, nice breakfast. Simple room, no fuss. Convenient location. it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the city center, in certain nights noise from the street (people drinking and shouting to each other. Breakfast room kinda cramp, with loud television showing cartoon.Nothing to complain.The staff is a bit cool and not very friendly. Air-conditioned is freezingly cold (adjusting the temperature does not work but still in the hot summer, we cannot complain more). It's pricy.The room was very dark and old fashioned. With the exception of the location this hotel is slightly overpriced for all else offered.a bit too far from the city centre (20Mins walk). Web site mentioned things like sauna, gym, which were in next hotel, and little info about them.1 Room smelt of smoke although labelled non-smoking 2 Room not cleaned in spite of requests - hotel staff said this was our fault 3 Breakfast very poorly organised-mostly very little there 4 In general I would say the hotel was badly managed so that the staff did the minimum.
