The hotel's staff was excellent and helpful every moment we need. Both the location of hotel - in the heart of the city - and the staff was the main reason for choose Hotel Lloyd. The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day.
The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
