The service from all the staff was excellent. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as they completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time.
all reviews » The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts. The location is amazing>>just infront of the Doumo. Everything is close and in walking distance....The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The cold water handle in the tub was stripped and came off in your hand and there were black marks from the vacuum cleaner on the white baseboard. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest a room away from the tram line. The rooms are very well sound-proofed, but you can occasionally feel the vibration. Since they don`t have a breakfast buffet they serve it in the room for 30 euros it`s a big breakfast with so many choices but still having a buffet breakfast downstairs would be better. Nothing at all. The hotel entrance has no name, which is very unusual. The hotel should considering to offer for a free wi-fi. Lobby is to small no resturant or cafe bar . car paring is a bitt of hassel since it is not allowed for cars to enter the street its only for busses and taxes . The wifi codes are difficult to work . Breakfast is not included and very expensive. Lobby was all white and therefore a bit worn and dirty looking. That the WIFI wasn't free (although they "comped" us as we were honeymooners). Also that there was no breakfast included in the rate. - The internet services should be free as this hotel four stars. - The price was little bed expensive . . Maybe wi-fi and breakfast should be included for the price. Nothing. Nothing. For the price, the breakfast and minibar should be included, this would make a huge difference, specially when there is no hotel restaurant neither bar. This may not apply to other rooms, but, with the king-size bed in the room, one had to leave the room to open a suitcase, there was so little room. There was no closet space to store things. This room would not be suitable for more than one night. The staff was eager to help with our questions, but there were serious gaps in their knowledge. No parking and catering facilities. Small lobby,expensive internet and the same time very slow and interupted so I cant finish my business work. Small entrance gate and not easy to find. We did not like that there was not easy access to the internet. The sitting area was small. Being that our room was on the street side, it was a bit noisy. Very expensive for breakfast and only served in the room. For this level of a hotel and price, there should have been a continental breakfast offered. Nothing. Air Conditioning did not cool the room very well. No real bar or restaurant. Nothing not to like. Just wi-fi connection should be free of charge. The fact that it didn't have a lounge or a terrace in which to relax. Nothing. Suite was relatively small. At that price it would be nice if it included breakfast. There are very few alternatives outside before 9 AM. one elevator that may take a while and found a bit of a hard time to find it as the sign board is fairly small. Paying for Internet access is old hat at luxury hotels. Gouging!!. Expensive. the staff were very helpful and friendly. they know what is service all about. keep up the good work!. At that price it would be nice if it included breakfast. Nothing. lift was too small. Quite expensive.
