were taken thoroughly through all that Florence can offer. Not only did
they take us through it, they organised the tours for us.
Breakfast was fantastic, especially in the variety and quality of the foods. Probably one of the better breakfasts offered for a room of this rate.

It was close to the city center. The 14 bus took us straight to the train station and the stop was just around the corner from the hotel.
The hotel had 24 staff at the front desk, and even extra pillow and blanket in the room closet. - nice hotel and room with beautifel view. very helpful and nice stuff

Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -
