  We were delighted to spend three nights at this small hotel. We were treated as welcome house guests. Both Clara and Samuela were charming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Our room Mimosa was lovely and bright facing the street with a very comfortable large bed. We had a good bathroom with an excellent walk in shower, constant hot ... what people say » water. We thought it was nearer to the town centre than had been indicated. it didn't take us long at all to get any of the attractions. Clara and Sam - Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were given breakfast and coffee and were taken thoroughly through all that Florence can offer. Not only did they take us through it, they organised the tours for us. Breakfast was fantastic, especially in the variety and quality of the foods. Probably one of the better breakfasts offered for a room of this rate. The room (Rosso Rosa) was very clean and had ample space. Well decorated. Also, staff are very attentive.   The hotel is in a very quiet area of the historical center and everything is in a really short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful always. The hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want.   It was close to the city center. The 14 bus took us straight to the train station and the stop was just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel had 24 staff at the front desk, and even extra pillow and blanket in the room closet. - nice hotel and room with beautifel view. very helpful and nice stuff
