  Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition.   Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we got under the rain and came soaking wet. Within 30 min walking to piazza na - Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights. Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay. The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries! Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If we ever return to Rome
