Close to shops. - I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate!

  Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). Staff were helpful & attended to our requests. Breakfast was fine, shared bathroom fine (no need to wait), rooms & linen were clean, ... what people say » and the bed was comfortable. There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is close to the Termini station, so it was easy to get to when coming from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised that we got to stay in a suite.   The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.
