We needed a place close to the train station Termini, and this is perfectly there. The staff was always nice with us. The new rooms are clean and cosy, breakfast is very good.Nice staff and genuine cappuccino. location. Near the station/metro. There is only a small elevator for the whole hotel. Being at the 4th floor was not a nice experience (having the bags) for all the waiting time.The toilet was extremely small, and also the room. It was basically a single room with a big bed, more than a double room. The first night, the sheets broke, but they changed them for the following nights. We could hear all the noise from the idles.
