  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody... what people say » ! - The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

Breakfast and bar on the roof terrace overlooking the Colosseum is spectacular.   at first there was a missunderstanding for our reservation but eventually everything were ok and we had an upgrated room. - Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service!

  The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. - Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish ... what people say » steps.
