Staff at reception willing to help; they made an effort to change us from a standard double room to one with two twin beds. Nice interior gardens and nice sitting rooms in the lobby.

Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.
