In 3 min walk ther is Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano metro - What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

  Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting.   the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.
