  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.   Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style .
