  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.   Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. The hotel is in no way big or grand but in all honesty they do not pretend to be and personal - (I assume I have rated all the above aspects of the hotel very highly in your point system) Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style .   We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
