The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Mancino12 is clean, modern, and it was quiet!

Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Situated in a beautifull area of Rome hotel staff were very helpfull for all our queries our room was on the top floor it was a lovely room ,never heard any noises from out side. All that area comes alive at night with the street cafe,s one which was about 10 meter,s from the hotel had the best pasta in town every where was within walking distance.

The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip. this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator.
