Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. There are two great small restaurants owned by the hotel just across the street where you can eat lunch and din... what people say » ner. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

  The Bed and breakfast was conveniently located right on a tram line that takes you directly to the center, a few minute walk from the Colosseum and other great sites. Room was quiet and clean.The owner is extremely nice and helpful in many ways.The Hop on Hop off bus is a great way to introduce yourself to the places you want to see. We found that... what people say » the best times to see things is after 10 am and between 12-3 pm when everyone is at lunch. - The owner was fantastic, even she couldn't speak English well, we could communicate with her.
