Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English.   It is the second time I stay at this place because the relation quality/price is very good and the staff is great, Francesca and Pasquale are excellent people and they will always try to make the best to help you.   Loved everything about it. Truly thought the staff and the hotel itself were far beyond expectations and far beyond the small price you pay for it. The owner helped us make reservations at two restaurants for dinner, both of which were amazing recommendations.   The location of the hotel was perfect. Right by Vatican and the subway is close by so it only takes 10 mins to get to coliseum. Staff of the hotel was extremely nice. They told us where to go, what's close by, they also can book tours for you and provide you with all info you need. This is - The location is perfect, just besides the red line metro stop Ottaviano, which makes you easy to access to many sight seeing places in Rome. The B&B itself is also pretty close to the Vatican Museum, actually you can see the wall of Vatican at the street. The staff there is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfort.

  We liked absolutely everything. Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. The apt. was a perfect place to go after a long day of sightseeing, it was comfortable- beds were great, spacious and equipped with everything we needed (wish they ha a hot water kettle for tea though...). Our apt was located in Rue Mannatteo No. 23 - it was like a bedsit with all the facilities one would need - on the ground floor - quiet at night despite being located in a busy area.
