Very large, modern, well equiped room with kettle, tea and coffee! Immaculate, air con and heat always available and at your control. Excellent location. Leonardo was super - had small problem which he immediately sorted out - nothing was too much troble for him, he should go far in the hotel business and he had good assistant. Have stayed in about 50 hotels in Italy and this by far the best!.

Close to Vatican, ATM s, taxi rank,several bus routes,tram, internet facilities and Laundromat. We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A bottle of water provided for each person each day was a thoughtful touch. . Leonardo was wonderful and very helpful. The location was perfect - right next to the Vatican walls and a 5 minute walk to St Peter's square. Also very close to the Metro. Brand new nicely decorated room and bathroom. Perfect! Will come again!. the rooms were very clean, we were very pleased.good location, large and nice room, authentic buiilding, nice view from the window. Hated to leave.breakfast is poor (coffe+croissant) and served not in the hotel but in the bar across the road. Not easy to find hotel, reception does not work 24 by 7.
