The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. It is a very welcoming place in the transport hub, with all facilities close at hand and when our niece turned up from Milan to visit us unexpectedly they assisted by booking her in at a very reasonable rate at short notice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect.

The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.

The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.

First of all,the friendly lady called Aurora, that took care of everything in this B&B,was very kind and extra-helpful.She answered nearly every question we had about the city and gave us anything we asked for concerning the room. As for our room, it was very spacious and nicely decorated and it had a large bathroom with shower. It was certainly clean. The breakfast was adequate and enriched with freshly-made croissants by Mrs Aurora!

Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!
