  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... what people say » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

  What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way. As this is a B&B, she and her staff met us at the door and assiste... what people say » d us with our baggage. Breakfast is delivered to your apartment at a pre-determined time each morning. Just Fabulous! - Everything was perfect and exceptional. Staff, specially Manuella, were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and in perfect location. Internet was excellent... all were exceeding our expectations.

  I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. The Affreschi su Roma's interior design is amazing, inside and outside. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early start with that day's activity. Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.   It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant, very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for our flight. -... what people say » The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

  The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers!
