It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better
directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in
finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant,
very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the
dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for
our flight.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.all reviews »
Marco at Guest House Arco Dei Tolomei was brilliant at advising what we should visit in Rome that was not on the usual tourist agenda. Also some lovely very Italian restaurants.
The host Marco is charming and offers excellent advice on sight-seeing
and restaurants. Enjoyed the homeliness and excellent breakfasts (by
Italian standards!!).
Marco was very personable and helped us with dinner choices. He mailed back our jackets when we left them behind.
