The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed. Great little hotel - I have stayed here several times and enjoy it a lot. It is simple but very clean, very comfortable. There are plenty of conveniences around the neighborhood and it is easy to get around Milan or to/from airport. -

Didn't like this hotel, had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thou we arrived after the book in time, cannot get breakfast even thou we paid for it, need to get train at 8 o clock breakfast does not start until 7.30 would not offer us anything, cannot get a drink only coffee or soft drinks, very poor service for the price of the roo

beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for
a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies
Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style
devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.

supplies that you lacked. What impressed us upon checking in was the
reception -
The receptionist was really very helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was spacious and had all that we wanted, and was new and had some great design elements. And it was especially good for travel with kids. The location was great. A pleasant walk or short tram ride to the centre of Milan and lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by. And it was in a VERY quiet street, which was great.
