The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products. The location is very close to the party of Milano.
all reviews » Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible. Very friendly staff, upon arrival we filled in a form and the Wifi was free of charge! Location was great and we paid only € 10 for breakfast per familyroom. the staff was very kind. close to the Garibaldi station and metro is 7 min walk. near to the metro station ,very clean , good service and very good breakfast. nice and cosy.tram car just outside the hotel.front desk very helpful. nice and clean. close to city for the price. We only missed the breakfast, as we thought it was until 12 and not 11 on Sunday. Internet should be free for everyone, not only for business companies!. the gentleman incharge of the breakfast area. internet cost. rooms small size. not good for shopping, no attractive touring points around. Little bit outworn was my impression somehow. But all in all OK!. Facilities. The attitude of the staff. At check in they were more interested in conversing amongst themselves than dealing with waiting customers and guy we encountered on early morning checkout was nothing's short of rude. Also one towel for double room. No milk for tea and coffee. And overpowering smell of cleaners used on room. The restaurant and the neighbourhood. Awful breakfast. Cold instant scrambled eggs, awful machine made coffee, awful fruit salad, awful cookies. Awful, awful, awful. need to change the towels every day. No chocolata in the breakfast. Some noise in the room from de street. Should be closer to the station. Very high price for the internet (EUR 5 per hour) Inconvenient location between roads, no parking nearby. Everything, expect breakfast and pillows. no free-wifi. No direct connection to subway. Old bath-room.
