As i was already many times a guest in this hotel, and i always go back......you need more words????My requist of an hotel are very high, but i can say this hotel is super!!!!!!!. Situation is perfect, rooms are perfect,personnel very kindley, i go always back to this hotel. In tree words : hotel is perfect. My next booking for this hotel is alredy done.As i am many times a guest in this hotel, can i just say it is a very good hotel.

It was an excellent experience staying at this Hotel...Will always prefer this hotel whenever I visit Milano. This 4 star was good value for money, it had most of the things you expect from a 4 star, but the decor felt a little basic in places and perhaps needed updating in some areas (reception). It was pretty standard for a large chain hotel, farily impersonal, staff efficient and friendly,breakfast good selection of savouries and sweets with nice coffee. Free wifi downstars in reception.The guy in the evening at reception was really helpful. Breakfast was really good. confortable, new, nice view from high floors. Big rooms. It was a decent hotel, with a very good value for money ratio. The bad was nice, the food was ok. beds, breakfast. Comfortable large bedroom with a nice view over the city of Milano. Hotel is in a relatively quiet place as mainroad is more than 100 m away. it was a good value of money, close to metro station. Friednly staff. fast services in the bar. sufficiant breakfast.breakfast is ok. no lift from the car parking, you have to carry the lougage by your own up the stairs. poor and low quality breakfast. Little far for walking from the nearest Metro Station, but not that far either, i mean if you are not carrying more then a carry on, you are fine.Area was a little seedy and metro stop was a little futher a walk than anticipated, about 10 min walk. The hotel is far from the centre and a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Wireless internet is not free of charge - only at reception.location not very nice, parking, definitely too hot in the rooms. Breakfast was terrible !!!. There was an unpleasant situation, we sow a mouse in the lobby running, and after few minutes we found the mouse and it was dead. generally speaking, for a 4 star hotel it needs renovation.Buffet breakfast service was very bad. At 9.30 a.m. many things were not filled up like cold milk, butter, jogurt, no plates and knifes, coffee machine fell out, etc. There was just not enough staff available to care for these things. definitely it's not a 4- star hotel, rooms need redecoration. Everything else. It was overpriced and as stateda bove was not worth paying the money for. Even Best Western Guides sho the roof top restaurant and the in bedroom guide shows it too with a swimming pool. Inconsistant of price strategy for the parking. In our confirmation was mentioned 12 EURO, during arrival to hotel reception clark mentioned 19 EURO and next day the offer was 18. It does not create trust!!!! On arrival the room was not prepared (missing towels, soap....). cleanliness of rooms.
