Waking up to the bells was an experience I will never forget. Also, it is an easy walk from the train station as well as to the major Florence attractions. It made walking around in the cool evening enjoying the city very convenient. The hotel itself is very charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful place to stay!!!

Our room on the second floor was fabulous, it was really spacious with a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. Our room was a new 2 room family suite also designed to accommodate disabled persons and located on the second floor.   This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great.
