Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host. Very polite, smiling all the time, great sense of humor and gets out of his way to make your stay better. Oh! And it's really important to mention that he knows the city very well and has the best tips ever.   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
