  Location was excellent - so very close to all the tourist bits. Staff were really really helpful and friendly. It was very clean. Rooms were good size with great air conditioning. All in all, fantastic value for money.   Huge room with lots space and storage. Great for a family. Complete with kitchen. Limited underground parking for smaller car, luckly we had a Mito rental car so no prob. Great location right next to the old castel Vecchio and roman door, and blocks away from city centro. If you are looking for 4 star hotel, this is not what you are looking for, o... what people say » therwise you may appreciate the extra space which is rare in this part of the world ;) - From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

  Location was great. Close to everything. Ruddy was very nice and helpful. Found him waiting on the balcony for us. Speaks English. The facility was beautiful! The bath was private but not attached to room but very nice. Very safe. Breakfast is off site at a wonderful bakery. Verona was beautiful and the hotel made the stay perfect - Owner... what people say » was very friendly and flexible. We got a map when we arrived and he explained us a lot. The accomodation has only 3 rooms and is located in a beautiful Veronese house, where also "real" Italians live. It's very close to the historic center and so perfect to explore the city.

  I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs.   Location is right in the centre near Arena. The hotel is very cute in an ancient building. Two stylish old ladies at the reception ( the owners I guess ) were very friendly. They gave us a discount while we were paying as we missed our breakfast. And we were asked to pay at check out. The price via booking com was pretty low for a place like that.... what people say » Excellent place. - This hotel can compare very well with some 4-star ones I have been to and when I asked the Management why it was classed only as a 2-star I was told it was because they did not have space for a lounge! Bureaucracy!!!

  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Hotel Europa has a great location right off Piazza Bra in Verona. It also serves a wonderful breakfast each morning. - It was in a pedestrian zone which we didn't realize so the room was very quiet and very central.
