  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. We stayed only one night on our way to Lake Garda but would stay again if we return via Bergamo airport - I love the room, it was very big and comfortable.   The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The temperature of the bedroom was easily adjusted. Despite the fact we were near the airport and a busy road there was little noise and heavy curtains blocked out the daylight.
