Still under construction, so: - very essential furniture, - no curtains and workers walking all around the balcony, - noise since early morning, - no real breakfast area (yet?). It would have been better to remain closed until the end of the works. Might this, together with the price (70 € is for 3 star hotels!!!), suggest a high greed factor for the owner?.
