  The manager, Simon takes a great care of the guests and ensures that everything is ok. You get a key to the property and you can come and go how you want. You can leave the hotel so early in the morning for next destination as you need, then the payment is already done and you just leave the key in the box. Everything was as descriped in the hotel information at the we - the owner has been extremely nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and has everything you need. 5 mins walk from the train station and 10-15 mins walk to the waterfront. Although there's no reception in the residence, the owner will greet you personally as long as you let him know when you'll be arriving. He will welcome you with a cup of coffee, give you all the details about what to do in La Spezia and how to get to Cinque Terre, and he'll show you where the cafe for breakfast is pers

  Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough ... what people say » towels :)! The pictures didn't lie!!! Even though there is no private parking, there are parking areas close by if you don't arrive late (free parking - Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm)

  The staff graciously allowed a transfer to a room with more quiet and larger bathroom for small price increase. Breakfast service and view during breakfast very nice. Very attentive staff people at breakfast. Pleasantly surprised that the train was not a noise factor, just the normal Italian neighbors. Nice restaurant across the street.   The location is good if you travel with a car because it's the ideal place to stop and then continue to Cinque terre the next day. The room was clean and overall ok; it also had a little kitchen. The staff was helpful and relaxed. - The view from the window is beautiful. the rooms are equiped with hot plate, sink and few kitchen utensils - enough... what people say » to make and eat a meal.
