  Fulvia, the hostess is the nicest, friendliest and most helpful person for any need we had arisen during our stay. The room was cleaned daily to a superbly neat condition. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood, proximity to the train station and therefore to all destinations we planned to visit, including Cinque Terre, Lerici, Florence, Pisa,... what people say » Lucca... Fulvia also recommended places to visit and see in La Spezia, - and we loved the Lia Art Museum, - what a great collection of art and histor - It was the best B&B we ever stayed in. The lady was very friendy, helpfull and she made us feel at home. The room was spacious and very very clean. Very good value for the money. Good soundproffing considering the train passing nearby.

  Couldn't find a better host anywhere than Fernando! He went out of his way to make us feel wanted and cared for - and he has excellent English. Accomodation very comfortable with a magnificent view. Breakfast more than sufficient, and presented by Fernando himself with utter devotion. - Arianna gave us lots of helpful tourist advice for Cinque Te... what people say » rre and La Spezia.   We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, space and sweet hospitality. Claudia, the manager/hostess, was the very accommodating and welcoming, she always a phone call away if we needed anything. She provided a sufficient and tasty breakfast complete with Italian coffee at our convenience. The B&B was conveniently - B&B is really nice and very clean. Just opposite the market where we were getting fresh fruits every day. Some poeple were complaining about the noise but we didn't think it was that excessive. Breakfast was also really nice and we especially enjoyed good Italian coffee. I would definitely recommend this place.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location and value for money is also very good. I suggest to anybody who wants good service at a good price to stay in this B&B accomodation. The bathrooms, the room and also the kitchen are very well equiped. The wi fi works also very well. In one word: excelent. - Location, location, location.

If you over pack - The staff was very friendly! They knew we will arrive late and met us on the street!! Helped a lot with accommodation, explained everything, gave routes to pizzerias etc. Rooms were large and clean and had everything needed. Internal yard is great! There is a table to sit in the evening. Very convenient if you have bicycles - you can park them in the yard. If you travel by car, they have separate private garage. Overall was good to stay there.
