Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note: A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follow: - EUR 20: from 20:00 to 22:00. - EUR 40: from 22:01 to 00:00. - EUR 60: from 00:01 to 01:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the room includes free electricity, gas, and water usage for stays up to 10 days.
