Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

The lady in the reception is just amazing. She offered me immediately a
discount and apologized when realized that the room I booked was not the
one I saw in the site. I had a shared bathroom but definitely is a very
clean place to stay and somehow you feel that you are in home. She is
very helpful too, giving information on everything. I do not have rich
experience of guest houses and B&B but this is really good. Value
for money +++. and the owner just perfect.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. It was located close to the city centre (5 min walk to O'connell st), shops, restaurants, bus services etc. - The breakfast was excellent, Hotel is near the centre of Dublin.
