The hotel was clae and excelled on all of the above points.
Myself and my daughter had dinner in the bar and the food was lovely. The level of English for one of the staff members was quite poor but another staff memeber came to the rescue.
The home made chips were lovely as was the pizza.

The staff were excellent post checking out as my daughter left here ring on - We had a very comfortable stay and the best lifts we have ever been in, quick and silent. Also we were able to park our car for the three days that we stayed at the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and altogether a very pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly. Prior to my arrival I emailed the front desk about transportation from the airport -- they emailed me back immediately with the bus to take, where it drops me off, and how to get to the hotel from there. The Belvedere Hotel was close to the centre,of Dublin a couple of minutes away walk. The room was quite and very clean and breakfast enjoyable, you received a discount if booking breakfast when you arrive. Lifts available so you don't need to carry bags. We got a very good last minute deal for the night. There is a pub bar/food connected to hotel.The hotel has entertainment shows on weekends.
The hotel is very closely located to entertainment, food, sight seeing attractions.

The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.

Staff/owners are really friendly and you can see they take care about place and continously improve it.
It was really nice and warm (it seems obvious but I stayed in few b&bs in Dublin and that is not always the case)

There was a nice amount of storage in the bedroom (so no tripping over your unpacked suitcase) and there was a small tabl -
The staff is very attentive careful and friendly, the room is big enough with a huge window and a sink. The linen is snow-white and the bed is really comfortable. Carrolls shop is just opposite. My double room was like two singe rooms on different floors, so that everyone has each own private space. I would definitely stay there next time!
