The staff was increadbly helpful and polite. It was in a great location, it seemed like everything was only a short walk away. We actually ended up going back to Dublin again a few days later and stayed in the same hotel again. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the whole experience.The staff is very kind and friendly and the hotel is very near the main attractions in the city.

My only complaint would be that we had a hard time gaining internet access, but that is not what we went to Dublin for anyways!. parking was a bit of a nightmare!. it was very noisy after nite club. It has a club downstairs and on the Tuesday night about 3am I heard drunk people screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs. It was like my window was open and they were right outside it! The picture of the room used on the website is far from what the room I stayed in looked like..maybe small portion of the breakfast, because it was delicious. A bit noisy when people go back late in their room because the doors arevery thin, a smell of fried food in the hallway. The noise but we had worn ourselves out through the day with walking and having a few drinks so did not take long to fall asleep. noise outside the hotel during the night. student disco in basement.. very noisey till very late. Attached pub open until 2.30 am.The extreme noise factor in the evening until 3 a.m. being in the Temple Bar district. Night club noise but earplugs help.
