Convenience, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. the kindness of the hotel staff and very good service. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. Location is perfect for seeing Dublin city life. Very short walk to all main shopping areas and the hotel bars are very welcoming and lively. Comfortable, clean large room at rear. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for Grafton Street Shopping and Temple Bar nightlife. ive stayed here before and enjoy the location and customer service - very friendly.A warm and friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, even when asking for more tea bags and milk late at night! If you want peace and quiet, this would not be the hotel for you due to its location near the Temple Bar area. The street noise could be heard from the 3rd floor room until the early hours of the morning, but watching the antics of revellers was great entertainment.very clean, changed sheets and towels every day. although at first the room seemed a bit dusty. Staff extremely kind and helpful at all times. also very positive: we could smoke if we wanted in our rooms.thank you!. The Hotel is in an excellent location, very friendly staff with a good atmosphere about the place.i was changed to another room after complaining about a noisy radiator!. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Great location, big room. The room and hotel were comfortable. There was always someone at Reception to help with any queries. Unfortunately the lift broke down for a couple of hours during late afternoon/early evening during our stay and our key did not work on four occasions, but all were dealt with efficiently.Pleasant, friendly, and ready to help staff, location is near to all what I needed at that moment. So, just great. Relaxed atmosphere.perfect location in the centre of Dublin. The staff were the most helpful , friendly, and polite I had met for a long time.Very central therefore close to everything we wanted. lively bar downstairs, very central. the barstaff was excellent. Good location. It was very noisey at night...but its to be expected. very noisey at front of hotel. the view from the hotel, a nice brick wall. Noisy Street, noisy bar. Hotel is located on main street and was very noisy until the early hours, but if you join in the fun it is perfect. Breakfast menu a little basic if you did not want a cooked meal.the noise from the function room late at night was loud - nothing a few drinks couldnt fix!!. The noise from the street.the rooms looked over the kitchen and when you opened the window it stings all day long....also the breakfast was poor in quality and variety and the waitreses very difficult to communicate (why do they not understand english?) and a bit unkind. the noisy radiator! helicoptors hovering overhead during the early hours, Bono landing maybe?. Traffic noise was quite loud. Although the hotel is sited centrally in Dublin, which was ideal, our room overlooked two pubs and it was very noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights. The restaurant quality is poor. Microwave breakfast and staff that isn't customer minded and has poor quality of the English language. Internet was only working in one side of the restaurant. Fire procedures / heating was off. Not well advertised from the street, very noisy of an evening. lot of noise ,windows could be improved. Somewhat dated. Desk staff not well informed on area tourist amenities. Breakfast was very poor, ( standard of service, plastic spoons, quality of food) we went elsewhere on day 2 . Room was grubby and smelled of smoke.Only three pillows. Towels for bath/shower were too small. As we went upstairs to room there were vacuum cleaners and other bits and pieces stashed in the stair wells. Carpet on hall stairs was filthy at edges.
