  Staffs was friendly and helpful.. communication in english was fine, staffs even help me to store my luggage even when i check out. room was nice and clean. very cosy.. not too small. big enough. bathtub was nice and clean too, overall the room was nicely designed. Location was good as well, i can go all location at a very cheap price for taxi. no... what people say » t too far from all attractions. and best of all, the price for this hotel is reasonable and value for money. - So far this is the best 3 star hotel in batam. The staffs are very friendly and provide good services. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Stayed in the standard room and everything was in a great condition. Only few minutes to Nagoya Shopping Mall.

The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
